Situated just past the main areas of Benalmadena, nearer to Fuengirola.
An enjoyable course, with well manicured greens and a host of individual holes. A little more expensive than other courses along the coast, but many a player swear that it is worth the extra euros.
There are numerous lakes, mature semi-tropical vegetation, undulating fairways and stunning views.
In 2007 there were some major changes at the club, primarily the total replacement of the irrigation system on the course which has made a fantastic difference to the condition of the course. New Pro Shop, Caddymaster and changing rooms have been updated to make the areas more appealing and modern to all golfers and mirrors the standard expected from a golf course of this level.
The Torrequebrada Golf Course opened in 1976 and was designed by Jose Pepe Gancedo.
