El Paraiso Golf

Located between Marbella and Estepona, only a few minutes inland from the main coastal road.

This course is one of the oldest and most established courses in the Costa del Sol. The tranquil location in the peaceful El Paraiso valley near Marbella, was chosen for its picturesque setting with the backdrop of the majestic 'la Concha' mountain to the North and the sparkling Mediterranean sea to the South.

Lush open fairways are punctuated by meandering streams, flanked by palm trees and an abundance of exotic fauna and flora. The lakes provide a home for water-birds and the golf balls of the unwary!

The picturesque par 5, hole 6,  is a signature hole that offers a birdie opportunity for those who miss the lake, while the 9th and 18th both provide stern tests for those wishing to finish each nine with a par 4.

A challenging members course with a good mix of holes, a good layout and a well-thought out design.

The El Paraiso Golf Course opened in 1973 and was designed by Gary Player.
