Alenda Golf

Based in Alicante, Spain

The Alenda Golf Course, situated at the foot of the Sierra de Las Aguilar mountains,  was designed with maximum respect for the original lay of then land and the estate’s natural vegetation, avoiding any aggressive movements of earth during the construction process.

Its is a varied Course, suitable for all skill levels and you will probably have to use every club in your bag. It is quite a quick round at Alenda Golf as all of the holes are linked together and the walks from green to tee are short. The holes are easy to play and the fairways are very wide, yet the Course favours the accurate player over the big hitter. The tricky undulating greens demand a good putting line that allows for the slope and the flag positions are changed on a regular basis so each green constantly challenges you. Take particular care at the tacky 16th and be careful where you drive your ball on the last hole.

Alenda Golf offers a scenic view across the Mediterranean and the mountains  and the Course is lined by ancient palm and olive trees.

The Alenda Golf course opened in 1999 and was designed by Roland Favrat.
